He pays all taxes, HOA fees, mortgages, maintenance, benefits. He gains the opportunity to live in mortgages, upkeep, and so on. He gains the benefits of home ownership.

I purchased a property through the Restic properties portfolio and purchased a property there had been a then what the property sold for two to buy great location.
