There are tons of information about weight loss out there but some of us just don’t really understand the right way to achieve the our weigh loss goal.

Minimize the intake on that junk food that you but this is not asking you to stop having it. Remember you are not losing weight for short term, it has to be continues, your goal is not all about weight lose it also lean you to a healthier lifestyle. Jot down on the food and drink intake, not necessary to calculate the calories but the quantity. It’s help you to be aware of what are you eating, are you overeating? Are you having too much unhealthy food and snacks?
Plan at least twice a week meals with only vegetable and fruits to increase fiber and reduce fat. Replace fat content milk products with low fat milk, cheese and yogurt and importantly avoid all the processed food and sugar. Eating fresh and healthy.
Writing down the weight loss plan with a clear and realistic goal as well as your ideal weight that you want to achieve at the end of the plan. A Weight loss plan with some simple steps help to motivate us to carry on with the plan and achieve the goal. Example, to lose 3 pounds per week for the first month and then additional one pound per week after that. Keep track on the progress and monitoring your weight every week. It does help to keep you moving toward your goal.
