Do bearing in mind, it is a very bad habit and unhealthy to eat a big portion of one type of good. Excessive quantities of food will burden on the liver and it may cause unnecessary sickness. Therefore, consume only small quantities of every single food that we eat.
Do not keep eating for no reason especially when you are not even hungry. Split your meal into four to five small meals a day. So that you wont feel too hungry yet not too full.
Eat slowly and chew your food longer to enjoy and appreciate the food, do not just swallow it.
Never ever, go for fasting. You will end up suffer from depression, irritability, headaches and tiredness.

Fruits:
Apples, Blueberries, Grapes, Kiwis, Lemons, Pears, Papayas, Raspberries, Strawberries, watermelons
Vegetable:
Broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, celery stalk, cucumbers, garlic, green beans, lettuce, onions, spinach, tomatoes
Meat:
White meat, fish
Other:
Wholemeal bread, oat, cereal, low fat milk, less sugar yogurt, low fat cheese, biscuit.
Try to plan for your meals one week in advance:
Breakfast:
2 slice of wholemeal bread, glass of low fat milk and a boiled egg.
Lunch:
Small portion of grilled or steamed meat or fish with vegetables.
Tea time:
Fruit with 2 pieces of biscuit (pampering yourself with a small portion of snack, chocolate)
Dinner: (have it before 7.30pm)
Soup or salad, vegetables and fruit. (pampering yourself with a small service of ice-cream)
This is just a reference; you may always plan your own meals but be aware of the calories and the portion of food intake.
