Freedom from that feeling of walking around with spares all over your body. I don't know why they call them love handles, who loves them, I know you certainly do not. This excess fat around your waist and your side can be extremely annoying to say the least. And no matter how much you exercise or diet they seem to be so difficult to get rid of. Wouldn't you just love to see them be gone once and for all. I am sure you would. I discovered that there are many sites and ebooks out there telling you different ways to lose the love handles, how you can lose 40 lbs in 5 days, or how you can lose weight while you sleep. You know by now that its not true, you have to use the proper exercise along with your natural weight loss plan if you want to say good bye to love handles. It won't happen overnight, that much I can guarantee, however, with the correct mindset, patience, dedication and proper nutritional and exercise plan it can happen..

Here are a few tips I will show you to get rid of those ugly love handles.

Compose a 7 day menu that includes your base calorie intake to lose weight;

Get your grocery list together to include those foods you need in your menu; as well as all the healthy snacks you can eat. This should also include lots of fruits.

Get a diary in order for you to keep track of your calories

Another important factor is you must gradually cut out the junk food until you have no desire for them anymore. No more soda, no more chips, no more ice cream, no more high sugar, high sodium food. If you like watching tv or movies at night, it's important that you get into the habit of eating healthy food and avoid junk foods. I know, it's hard but give it a week and you'll be eating healthy foods. You can cheat once per month, so you don't have that craving. And by cheating I mean a very moderate amount of whatever it is you are craving for.

Eat breakfast. Many of us skip breakfast and end up eating late into the night. Solution: Eat breakfast. If you skip breakfast you are basically starving your self from dinner the night before until lunch the next day. That is over 15 hours without eating! Try fasting that long, that is the reason you are eating late at night. Eating meals late in the night causes you to store that as fat, as you are basically inactive while you sleep.

Try to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Do cardio at least 3 times per week. Participating in a cardiovascular program several times a week will help in burning extra calories and keep your metabolism going, which in turn will help you burn extra fat, while reducing your abdominal fats.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator. One of the things you can do is incorporate burning calories into your daily activities. Start skipping the elevator and take the stairs.

Try lifting weights. A weight training program can help you burn more calories. You can also start to tone the muscles in your abdomen as well. There are tons of abdominal exercises you can combine with proper dieting and cardiovascular workout to tighten that mid section and remove those love handles.
