Live Your Inner Truth

Have you tried to get balance, success and happiness without getting there all the way? Then perhaps you are one of those in the minority who is not living within your internal truth, where everything falls into place with a deeper meaning.

Everyday I meet people that seem to have everything just where they want it. They have a good financial situation, are healthy and have a rich social life. None the less, they see no real meaning in their lives and feel often disappointed in themselves on what they have gotten out of life.

The other group of clients I have often are just the opposite; they are struggling with poor financial situations, health and relationships. This group often longs for what the first group has. But as I mentioned, the outer success does not seem to be the same as the internal happiness.

The key to having both extraneous success and internal balance is to find the inner truth that takes you where you want to go and keep you there; in order to feel really good. When you strive for your internal truth, everything will fall into place and the hopelessness is replaced with possibilities. Your life has gotten a new meaning, where every day challenges enrich it to come closer to its internal truth.

If you are living a life where you have extraneous success without living your internal truth, then you probably have not realized that the soul is the real driving force in order to create balance in your life. The soul is your inner compass that helps you to find exactly the life that fits you, irrespective of what the surrounding world has for expectations.

Many need to go through a life crisis to begin to deal with the spiritual, but you can decide here and now "Now it is time that I must be honest with myself for the rest of my life". When you have begun to live your internal truth, you will never go back to imbalance, for your newly acquired insight will not allow you to damage yourself anymore.

Here are four tips so that you can live your inner truth:

1. Do with your life what you really want to.
2. Begin to use your intuition, where you follow your gut instinct instead of the logical.
3. Do not allow other people to control your life and your choices. They have other internal truths that are right for them, but not for you.
4. Revise your needs so that you always feel you are on the right track. When you do that, you have created contact with your soul.

To live your internal truth in spiritual balance does not mean that everything will be a 'walk in the park', but you will always increase your spiritual understanding, that will take you where you really want to be.

Good Luck!
