Too Busy to Plan Meals Yet Being Healthy Matters

Fortunately the news about whole food supplements is spreading, and many moms, individuals, natural health practitioners and trainers know how to advise you about your health matters. Synthetic vitamins made in a lab (often from petroleum products) may break down chemically to resemble a specific vitamin. However, your body is smarter than that. It knows what is nature born and what is not.

The human body is genius at work. It is created to recognize nutritional factors that it needs to survive. Whole foods freshly picked have chemical markers that our body recognizes and knows how to process. Synthetic laboratory foods create an extra load on the liver and other digestive organs, which try to get them out of the way and store somewhere (in fat cells, dumped on joints, or other ways), or get excreted.

Sometimes the function of the colon or kidneys can be impaired significantly when extracted nutritional elements do not have the co-factors that whole foods provide, to be broken down effectively and utilized in the body.

This leads to inflammation, impaired functions, and develops into debilitating conditions such as diabetes, ulcerative colitis, artery and heart disease, cancers and other nightmares.

Extracted is the significant word here. A vitamin may be extracted from real food, but it is now separated from the co-factors that enable the human body to assimilate it, or break it down to be used. CoQ-10 is a popular known co-factor, but there are maybe hundreds we don't know about.

Why does "an apple a day keep the doctor away" rather than a cheap vitamin pill? Or even an expensive vitamin pill? Amazingly, not everybody knows that fresh fruits contain many nutrients that are not present in pasteurized, bottled juices, or skinned and canned fruit. Nutrients get destroyed in the processing of foods.

If you are too busy to plan meals, package them and take them to work with you, or pack healthy school lunches, you are probably too busy to take the pile of pills you need. Vitamin A, B, (B1, B2, B3, and many more...) C, D, E, the list goes on. Minerals, enzymes, co-factors, that is a big heap of pills.

Wouldn't it be nice to take under a half dozen pills a day and know you are giving your body healthy nutrition it can recognize, assimilate and also use to remove cell wastes, keeping your internal organs clean and clear? Certainly that helps you with your health goals, and helps you protect your loved ones from disease.

Being healthy matters. I would never suggest that you give up on eating fresh real foods at regular meal times. Yet, the problem of being too busy to eat well is partially solved by a whole food supplement that is packed with nature born ingredients to support your health and the well being of your loved ones.
