Is your LAST DIET (the one that didn't work) or your NEXT DIET the most frustrating thing in your life?

I am sorry to say that there is NO Miracle. The Good News is that I am going to share some EASY ways to get those pounds off...and keep them off.

I have been an Energetic Health Practitioner for the last 11 years. I have treated young and old alike for a wide variety of 'problems.'

I have found that the basic underlying cause of most of the issues that plague humans is an IMBALANCE in the body. That imbalance can be brought on by any number of inside and outside factors.

Inside sources might be Stress, Fear, Trauma, Allergies or Negativity. Of those, Fear in one form or another is probably the single greatest cause of imbalance in your body. When your stomach is in a knot, how can your body work properly?

Any NEGATIVE EMOTION is based on Fear. So, if you can understand your fear, anger, rage, depression or sadness and embrace it as part of who you are right now, you are on your way to balance on the INSIDE. Who you are right now is simply a result of the choices you have made in the past.

Once you understand and embrace your Fear, you can move on to adding more POSITIVE EMOTIONS based on LOVE. When you embrace the negative but FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE, your perspective will shift and a whole new you is possible. You will make NEW, healthier choices. Tomorrow's NEW YOU will be a result of better choices you make now.

Any form of EXERCISE will also help you to stay positive and keep negative emotions, especially depression, from creaping back into your picture. (Exercise will also help to reshape your body.)

After balancing your emotions, many issues improve or just disappear because the emotions effect almost every function in your body. With your emotions balanced, you won't crave 'comfort foods'...you know your favorites.

So much for the inside balance. What about the outside factors?

The primary OUTSIDE factors that cause imbalance are Toxicity and Parasites.

Toxicity comes in many forms...mostly from the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat. Wow! A bit overwhelming, eh?

The air (at least where I live) is full of pesticides and polution, the public water has flouride in it (which breaks down the immune system) and the so-called food we eat has all kinds of preservatives, dyes and additives.

Any form of soy is unhealthly. Soy prevents the body from utilizing vitamins and minerals. And, sugar substitutes are extremely harmful to the body. My favorite alternative doctor says that sugar substitutes are the primary cause of MS and Parkinson's Disease. There are over 5000 products on the market in the U.S. that contain sugar substitutes...that's anything that says "Sugar Free" on the label.

Toxicity can be helped by filtering the air in your house, filtering the water you drink and washing fresh foods carefully. READ LABELS!!! If there are ingredients that you cannot pronounce, don't buy it. Even diet foods have 'things' manufactured into them to make you eat more!!!!

Drink lots of good spring or filtered water. Eight glasses per day will help every cell and system in your body, especially your kidneys and your brain.

Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat as many RAW FOODS as you can...organic, if possible. And, again, wash everything you buy very well. A huge salad or a huge plate of steamed vegetables fills you up but has very few calories. Add some good cheese, cooked chicken, turkey or fish and you have yourself a very tasty meal. Eat MORE REAL FOOD and less processed 'stuff.' The pounds will start to come off.

And, what about Parasites? That is probably a topic you would like to avoid. But, according to at least one doctor, parasites are a major cause of the OBESITY problem in the U.S. and elsewhere.

That one doctor, Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst, did some independent studies regarding the human digestive system a few years ago. She determined that there is a definitive correlation between PLAQUE and PARASITES in the human bowel tract and people suffering from chronic OBESITY.

She discovered that numerous natural treatments were extremely effective for removing those plaques and parasites. When applied to even her worse case patients, the pounds melted away quickly. And, many patients experienced complete reversals of all of their conditions, including major diseases. Maybe that's the miracle!

I hope you will try some of these suggestions to put some BALANCE into your life and to create a healthier you. Start slowly with just a few changes. Add more as you can.

Once you put the pieces of a new and better lifestyle together, you will feel better and lose some of those stubborn pounds...permanently. The frustration of dieting will no longer run your life. Do this for you. Now.
