What Hurts, is the first thing we ask our customers. Every day is different at Magna-Pak, no two customers are alike. We had some interesting complaints from customers today. Our first customer has experienced allergies for many years due to dust mites, trees, ragweed, dogs, cats, molds, foods etc. I recommended a face mask, which can be worn at night or for a short time every day.

Our second customer of the day complained of a sore arthritic wrist. We recommended a magnetic bracelet for the arthritis in her hands and fingers. We have seen our bracelets help elderly people regain the basic functions of everyday living, such as knitting, peeling vegetables etc.

In the afternoon a customer came in walking very slowly. She was suffering from degenerative osteoarthritis and had undergone two knee surgeries in the past year. A phone call came in later in the afternoon. A previous customer called to say she purchased the Tru-North Mattress pad for her 82 year old mother who suffers from arthritic pain in knees and legs. Prior to the delivery of the mattress pad her mother was miserable. Her mother is thrilled with the difference our product has made.
