Stop Excessive Foot Sweating Dead In It's Tracks!

Excessive foot sweating can make your day quite unbearable. You start the day off with a fresh, clean pair of socks, but by the end of the day as you wiggle your toes you can actually hear how drenched they've become. Not a pleasant visual, but that is reality isn't it? So we all know that it is not fun walking around in damp socks throughout the day, but how do we prevent it? How can we stop excessive foot sweating?

Firstly what you're going to want to do is wear only 100% cotton socks. For you guys who are used to wearing dress socks to work, take note. A lot of dress socks are made of unnatural fibres and they are not breathable. This results in a lot of sweat build up at the end of a long hard day. Make that extra effort to find dress socks that are 100% cotton, they're out there. They're going to be a bit thicker than your usual pair, but believe me, your sweating will be drastically reduced!

There is another way to improve on this strategy and it will require a little bit of planning ahead as well as some privacy. But you can essentially double or triple the effectiveness of this technique by doing one simple thing? What, double or triple the effectiveness? Yup, but the reason why you might not have thought of doing this is because it is a bit out of the norm. However, excessive sweating is out of the norm as it is, and if it works, why not? In order to stop excessive foot sweating, what you're going to do is simply bring 1 or 2 extra pairs of socks with you to work. Yes, just get used to bringing them along with you and changing your socks discretely during lunch or at a self appointed break time. You'll have to get into the habit of changing your socks and you'll have to buy a couple extra pairs to keep up, but your feet will thank you at the end of the day.
