This wouldn't be so bad if this was covered by health insurance but as the insurers see it as a form of cosmetic surgery rather than medical it is highly unlikely they will pay out.
If you are looking at losing man breasts then I would highly recommend you try all the other methods available to you before opting for surgery. Surgery does work but as it cost so much and is only required in a low number of cases I would advise it only as a last resort.
