MLM Business Opportunity-How To Know If It's Really Network Marketing Or What?-

People often go in with a wrong focus when they decide persue an MLM business opportunity. You often hear, "I can't sell any product unless I love it!" Actually, the truth is, you can't sell a product unless there is a market for it. For anyone who understands marketing, realizes that is always their number 1 consideration. To have a lifetime of success in MLM, you need to provide one or more products that people really want, and which are consumable, so they get ordered over and over and over which is what really identifies what is really network marketing

It's incredible to me that an MLM business opportunity which presents itself network marketing, actually sell products which offer no month after month after month recurring income. What they really have is a one-time sale. The great advantage of a true MLM business is that as you build, your income is cumulative each month. That way you have recurring income. Most people do not really understand the difference until they actually build residual income and then they take off for 2 months to go to the Hiwaian Islands or something and when they come back, they have a couple of checks waiting for them, and the 2nd check is bigger than the first. THAT is residual income, and it's pretty exciting and pretty life-changing.That's how network marketing really works


A lot of people start in MLM business opportunity with the idea that they want to get in position to make a lot of money. They've heard of people earning 7 figures a month. And it certainly has happened. However, the key is to understand the numbers. A few years ago, a report was published about the accountant statements of 7 well-known, publicly-traded MLM companies. This report showed that what these companies pay out to the distributor base ranged from a low of 25% of gross income to a high of about 42% of gross income. Think about this. You'll always have just a portion of profits to the distributor base. You see real network marketing is not about positioning yourself but about building a network with people you know, like and trust who provide products that there is a market for which in turn are consumable and provide recurring income that is cumulative every month.
