Regarding playing sports, most individuals fit into one of two categories. Either they are good at sports or they're not attracted to sports. There are few people who are good at sports but not attracted to them, and few people who are interested in sports but not good at them. I bucked the fashion. I like sport equipment because I like sports, But I am not better than ordinary at a single one. As a kid,I took martial arts classes, but could never get to black belt. I was in little league baseball, but I spent many hours on the bench. I did not mind. I like collecting the sports equipment, to watch the games, and maybe even be lucky enough to play.
These days, I don't play sports games as often as I would like to. A lot of my sports equipment is resting on outdoor shelving in my garage, collecting dust. Nonetheless, Every now and then, I still get to use some of the equipment sports. The outdoor sports equipment, in particular, has been used a lot this spring. The weather has been wonderful, and it has been difficult to remain inside any more than I need to. I have been mountain biking, hiking, and I even got to play a friendly game of soccer. It has been nice to take out the old sports equipment and try it on again.
When I go to the equipment sports store, I always have to take a friend with me. You understand, my love of sports equipment makes it very difficult for me to restrain my wallet. I come up with all sorts of different reasons for buying improbable gear. For example, even though I don't go jogging, I bought a new sports radio the other day. I almost bought some hiking shoes that I saw even though my old ones still work pretty well. Having a friend with me is the only way to avoid making mistakes with my purchases.
