So what can you do?
Drink water instead of soda. Don't eat candy or other sugar filled products, especially high fructose corn syrup. Drink plenty of water. Water is involved in every single process in your body.
Run until you want to puke. Lift until you grunt and yell. Run briskly around the house/office for 30 minutes. Or jog on the spot while watching TV for 20 minutes. Running, biking, jumping rope or using any great cardio machine such as a crosstrainer is a great way to interval train your body. Start off by warming up for 5 minutes.
Running up and down stairs or hill side, jogging or running, swimming, biking, rollar-blading or skating, dancing, shadow boxing, hiking, walking, and playing sports are also great activities and exercises to reveal your six pack abs.
Cardio is a must to reduce fat. You can use interval training to multiply your results. Cardio fat burning exercises will help you lose fat instead of just muscle and water weight - which is not something that will happen if you just go on a regular diet.
Stop wasting so much of your time focusing on situps, crunches, leg raises, and all those silly worthless "ab contraptions" in your efforts to try to develop 6-pack abs. Instead focus on high intensity full body lifts using combination multi-joint exercises all strategically combined into highly effective fat loss workouts. Stop using the backpack for a set amount of time and check and monitor your acne condition on your back. Finding the cause is as important as the type of regimen you?re doing.
