All for one and one for all

It is the basic instinct that every human possess all the prevailing, rituals and rites by birth only. These rights, rituals and rites are formed by the Government & religious Institution respectively to facilitate the citizens to follow it. It is though most of the parts of the world have admitted the concept of Human Rights in principle and bestowed it on the citizen though their constitution. Despite it, it must be noted by all that, the concept of Human Rights is origin and gifted by Nature to the human. In other words it is offspring of Nature only. It is first time in history; the concept of Human Rights is brought within the purview of law by way of passing law known as “MAGAN KARTA” in 1215 in England. The concept behind enacting the law was to check & control the misuse of power by the authorities & supreme. It was further strengthen by way of providing special chapter in constitution; through passing the bills known as “Petition of Rights” in 1638 and “Bills of Rights” in 1629. The concept of Human Rights is reproduced by the then jurist, philosopher, thinker, socialist, viz. Greek, Roman, Christi, Thomas Akkayan etc. in 17th century.

It was further put forward at international arena by Hague Grotious (“The father of International Law”) and later on followed by Mr. Milton & Mr. Locke through their articles published. Protection of Human Rights was the inspiration & manifesto of Liberation movement of America in 1776 & 1791. The revolution in France was the milestone for it. It is further to inculcate in mind of other parts of world, which was resulted in down fall of monarchy of England and rise of democracy through parliamentary system. The constitution of France, America provides special privileges to human under “Civil Rights”. It is the phenomenon of constitution of India noted in Chapter III under “fundamental rights”. Prominence of individual socio-economic rights is laid down in the Russian constitution with the promise to make individual free from socio-economic exploitation. Free access to individual as to free access to the supreme ruler is the law of Nature and Nation.

The sovereignty of independence of every nation is admitted at International level by the UNO. But sovereignty should not be at the cost of exploitation of the citizens. In this context, it may be argued by the nations that how to treat the citizens of particular nation is the integral part and administrative policy of particular country. Hence no other nation has right to interfere and intercept in it.

It is nevertheless having due respect to sovereignty of the nation. It may be noted that, sovereignty does not mean anarchy. If anarchy is being carried out by the particular nation against the citizen of the country, then the neighboring countries have right to intercept in it to protect the human rights of the citizens of that country. For example, in year 1827 when anarchy of autonomous regime was on peek then England, Russia and France had fought out against the autonomous regime to make Greek people free from his clutch and independence of Greece in 1830 is the solid example.

Similarly in 1880 the European countries have intercepted against the brutal killing of Christi in Syria. Likewise several times in the history, different countries have intercepted in different regime to protect human beings and their birth rights.

In the year of 1926, the United Nations passed a resolution Known as “Free from Slavery”. The nations who are signatory to the resolution have the responsibility of making every nation free from slavery and anarchy. It is the natural Law that every human is equal by birth. He has every right to live, to avail, to enjoy the facilities and resources available to him irrespective of Color, Intelligence, figure etc. are the gifts of Nature to the human. Discriminating on the basis of natural things is not at all permissible under the purview of Humanity. We cannot change the instinct created by Nature, but at least we can come on common dais under the principle of equality and humanity. It will certainly help to all to forgo the disparity of natural instinct and shower the fragrance of love on every human.

It is, therefore, a prime responsibility of an individual to get aware of his rights and to make aware of to those deprived, debarred, desperate people. It is not a work of day, but it is continuous process. While making aware to the individual it is imperative to understand the sentiments of that individual first.

Nature says we all for one and one for all. Hence “Live and Let Live Respectfully”. IHRA is meant for it and promotes its work with the inspiration of above principle and Laws of Nature. IHRA has strong belief in the principle that “To Endure injustice and atrocity is a first crime of human”. Therefore it should be thrown away with courage and by all means from the society by the victims.

IHRA is ready to support to all the victims, who are ready to fight against injustice and atrocity till the injustice and atrocity are completely extinguished from the society. It is not merely the support of words but it is the support with leaps and bounds.

Trust it. You are not alone, IHRA is strongly behind you. So be ready, don’t hesitate to fight, don’t afraid to fight and the success is yours. Believe it.
