You can have a great pregnancy without all those extra pounds

I just had my first child and I wish that I could have found a program to help me control my weight gain. I did well in the first and second trimester but after that there was no stopping me. I wanted french fries and ice cream and I wanted nothing to do with vegetables at all. I had no support to say "hey maybe you should slow down a little" I just ate what ever I wanted when I wanted and I truly regret it now.
