How to Achieve a Weight loss?

Over weight has become a severe problem in cities due to unhealthy eating habits, no proper sleep, lack of physical movement of body and number of reasons the list goes on. I will give you some simple steps for weight loss if you follow these you will not be over weight in your life. You follow these steps as part and parcel of your life.

1. Make a food diary
Prepare a dairy and maintain a record of what you had from morning when you got up till you go to sleep in night. Prepare this for all seven days of the week. What you had when you got up, then what breakfast you had, then what you had in your lunch, then what you had in evening suffer, then what you had in dinner. Some people eat in between also if you do that you make record of that also. If you maintain the record for the whole week, and see the record on eighth day you will come to know what excess food you had taken that you can eliminate in coming week. When you make this habit you will automatically think before eating anything odd as you have to note it down. This will help in the weight reduction program.

2. Don’t eat too little
To consume very less food is not the solution to weight loss program. If you consume less food or low calorie diet that will help you to lose weight but it may create lack of energy to exercise. This will create problem to your family members also as they have to prepare separate food for you, or they have to eat the same food what is prepared for you. You too will find difficult to eat the same low calorie food for long time. Also people will not enjoy going out with you for dinning as they will fill shy to eat high calorie food.

3. Neither feast nor fast
To achieve weight loss some people try to skip breakfast or lunch, this is not the healthy way to do. After a whole night sleep the mind and body are relaxed to keep them in same mood you have to have a breakfast. If you go to work without breakfast you will not work to your potential with empty stomach. Similarly if you don’t have lunch in afternoon you will face less energy levels, and you may be tired soon. Eat small quantity of food three to four times that will keep your energy levels high & will make you more productive in life.

4. Freshness Counts
This is the very important step for weight loss program. Try to eat as much fresh food you can instead of processed food which reduce the nutrients and raise the calories. Try to eat fresh cut fruits, green salad this will help you to burn calories and are high in nutrients. You prepare the food and consume it immediately, if you prepare and excess you keep in refrigerator and eat it after one to two days by again reheating. This will reduce the nutrients and raise the calories. So try to eat as much fresh food you can.

5. Hydrate your way to quicker weight loss
Drink water as much as you can this helps to proper digestion, burning of calories. It helps to avoid dehydration caused by excessive heat or intense exercise. High consumption of water helps to clear the urine which in turn clears the blood. This in turn helps to maintain good health.

6. Eat less, exercise more
Eat rich in protein food and try to avoid more fat rich food. Avoid eating junk food which is hard to digest and put on weight very fast. Try to do some exercises at least for half an hour this will help to burn calories and increase the efficiency at work.

If you follow these six steps in your life there will weight loss surely. This will help you to enjoy the cream of life. You will be more efficient in your work and move up the success ladder fast and achieve the goal of your life.
