8 apples

Step 1: Mix the eggs, milk, salt , flour and butter with a beater.
Step 2: Cover the bowl and let stand for 30 minutes
Step 3: Cook in a greased pan. (You don't need a special crepe pan! Any small pan will do)
Step 4: Peel the apples and cook them in a large pan
Step 5: Add the butter, brown sugar, and raisins
Step 6: Place the apple filling in the center of the crepe and roll into a crepe shape
Now its time to add a little flavor to your meal, Court-bouillon is a wonderful broth used on seafood and vegetables.
To prepare this gourmet sauce in your kitchen, you will need:
2 Cups White Wine
6 Cups Water
1 Cup White Vinegar
3 Stalks of Celery, roughly chopped
1 Carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
1 Leek, well-rinsed and roughly chopped
1 Yellow Onion, peeled and roughly chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Fennel Bulb, roots and green top cut off, sliced in thick wedges
2 Pieces Star Anise
1 Stalk of Tarragon
1 Small Bunch of Parsley
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tablespoon Peppercorns
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Step 1: Chop all the vegetables into pieces
Step 2: Place the ingredients in a large pot
Step 3: Boil the ingredients for 30 minutes
Step 4: You're all done!
Strain the liquid from the pot and toss the vegetables. If you made too much, you can freeze it for later. When you are ready to use it again, simply defrost and add 2/3 cups of water.
